C.J. Krieger
Sensei C.J. Krieger is both a dedicated martial artist and well known licensed Medical Massage Therapist. He has been involved in the martial arts since 1963 where he began his study of Judo and Jujutsu at Phalsbourg Air Force Base, France. Over the years, Sensei C.J. pursued studies in various forms of Martial Arts in order to help broaden his scope of insight. After meeting and studying with Sensei Ron Small and Sensei Koichi Kashiwaya in 1975, Sensei C.J. assisted Sensei Ron Small to help establish the Rocky Mountain Jujutsu, Judo & Aikido Society Dojo in Boulder, Colorado.
Today, Sensei C.J. holds the Menkyo Kaiden rank in Shiken-Ryu Aiki-Jujutso and Hachidan in the Hoteikan System. Sensei C.J. has taught the Shizen-Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu system throughout the United States, Europe and Boston College (1982-1984). Since 1986, Sensei C.J. has been instructing in and around the New York City area, as well as locations in New Jersey, and, of course, here at Mountainview Studios in Woodstock, NY.
