Anna Fitzpatrick

Book

While training as an addiction counselor, Anna noticed recurring patterns of disconnection, insecure attachments, and a lack of creative self-expression. This inspired her to pursue a degree in psychology and later a master’s program. During her studies, Anna recognized the limitations of traditional psychotherapy and felt called to explore deeper, more sustainable methods of healing—especially for those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Aware of the ethical concerns within unregulated alternative modalities, Anna prioritized blending evidence-based practices with intuitive arts. She became a reiki practitioner and eventually a reiki master, developing her intuitive abilities to channel supportive, healing messages. As she began teaching reiki, Anna emphasized ethical integrity and cultural respect, acknowledging its roots in Shinto and Animism.

This led her to explore energy healing within her own lineage, resulting in the creation of OHEŇ—Slovak for “fire.” Honoring her heritage, OHEŇ symbolizes transformation, renewal, and the power of moving through fear. Having walked through the fire herself, Anna now offers to guide others through their own transformative journeys.
