Guided by Hari Kaur (master Kundalini Yoga teacher) and Jenn Drue (sound healer), this monthly series offers a steady, supportive rhythm of practice, gently building toward Summer Solstice.

Each session is open to all levels and weaves together:

  • Foundational Kundalini Yoga

  • Breathwork and subtle energetic practices

  • An extended gong bath for deep relaxation and integration

After class, participants are warmly invited to continue the experience with community wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and cedar hot tub soak, located nearby in Woodstock and offered by donation — a relaxed space to unwind, integrate, and connect.

Guided by master teacher Hari Kaur and sound healer Jenn Drue, the day invites you to pause, reflect, and return as we cross the threshold into the longest night of the year. Come as you are — open to all levels and hearts ready to reconnect with presence, peace, and purpose.
