Elizabeth McGovern

Elizabeth graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage (FLSM) in 2011 and has been a licensed massage therapist ever since. With over a decade of experience, she has cultivated expertise in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Swedish massage, connective tissue therapy, deep tissue massage, Shiatsu, polarity therapy, kinesthetic awareness through movement, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical massage.

In addition to her passion for healing, Elizabeth has a rich background in the arts. Her creative journey includes theater, fine arts, painting, poetry, sculpture, and dance. She is also an avid Hula Hooper, fitness enthusiast, and enjoys working with children. Elizabeth’s holistic approach integrates her artistic sensibilities and extensive knowledge of the human body to create a personalized and transformative experience for every client.
