Nestled in the heart of Woodstock, NY Mountain View Studio is a welcoming community space dedicated to movement, healing, and connection. Our multidisciplinary classes range from yoga, qi gong, tai chi, and dance to engaging kids’ programs.

Complementing our studio offerings, our on-site wellness center Yutori provides a range of healing modalities, including acupuncture, somatic coaching, Ayurveda, Reiki, and Herbalism. Mountain View Studio offers a sanctuary for growth & wellness.
