I am an acupuncturist and holistic health advocate with a passion for promoting well-being through Traditional Chinese Medicine. While I treat a wide range of conditions, I specialize in emotional disorders, substance abuse, and fertility.

In addition to my private practice, I provide acupuncture services at Harm Reduction centers in New York. I also teach Chinese Medicine Theory and various modalities, including Shiatsu, Advanced Cupping, and Eastern Nutrition, at institutions across New York, Greece, and Costa Rica.

Born and raised in Athens, Greece, I have studied, performed, and taught about the soma and its healing properties across Europe and the US. My journey began in Dance Education in Germany, leading me to the Dance Department of Hunter College in New York City, where I earned a second Bachelor’s Degree in Dance. I later obtained my MFA in Arts Leadership from Savannah College of Arts and Design while founding the All Souls Festival, dedicated to promoting inclusion for individuals with disabilities in the arts.

My path has also led me to become a certified acupuncturist with a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health & Science. I am an acudetox specialist and NADA protocol advocate, as well as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Advisor, focusing on detoxification, women’s health, and emotional eating.

At Soma Heal, my goal is to harness the power of acupuncture to empower my community. I aim to foster physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance, promoting self-awareness and self-healing.

My work emphasizes healing justice, equality, and inclusion in healthcare, striving to transform the traditional sick care model into a holistic approach that supports healing for all.
